Megan Merrigan is the Director of Innovation & Growth at Grist, where she works across the organization to align teams around the common goal of finding the best ways to connect Grist's journalism with readers. Megan leads the team responsible for Grist's on and off-platform products, including newsletters, search and social distribution. Though she wears many different hats, the common thread in Megan's work has always been about taking a human-centric approach to news and leadership.

Megan's a Jersey girl, and currently lives right outside of New York City.
